About Daniel Ljungberg

Daniel Ljungberg is Associate professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Sweden. His research predominantly addresses collaboration in innovation, entrepreneurship and science. He has a particular interest in the role and activities of universities and academic researchers in innovation and the overall knowledge economy, specifically focusing on questions regarding academic engagement and industry collaboration.

Daniel holds a M.Sc. in Engineering in "Management and Economics of Innovation" and a Ph.D. in "Technology Management and Economics", from Chalmers University of Technology.

Daniel's most recent research project was "Innovation as a competitive advantage for rural entrepreneurship in west Sweden", funded by the Kamprad Family Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Research and Charity.
